Here’s my project:

I was truly inspired by the beautiful Monarch paper and elements designed by Marah Johnson for Creative Imaginations! I used the stencil as my butterfly outline which I traced with a brush-tipped PITT Artist Pen in Black. Then, I colored the focal point with our super creamy dreamy Gelatos! This card took all of 5 minutes to come together & I love the bold dramatic result!

{CupCards} To Go August Kit: Petunia

Good Morning!

Meet the new kit from CupCards To Go, Petunia! This kit is BEAUTIFUL! I mean BEAUTIFUL and I absolutely loved creating with it 🙂 Be sure to check out the gallery and blog for details by clicking on the picture above!

Here are some of my creations:

I used some Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft PITT Pastel pencils to add color to the kraft & black design on this patterned paper! The washi tape is from my stash as well.

This card is for the sketch challenge and I created a 3-layered butterfly using my Sizzix eClips and the Basic Shapes Cartridge! I adore the little flowers included in the kit and made my own little arrangement.

The ribbons in the kit are GORGEOUS! You will love layering and tying these beauties!

The kit also comes with these lovely glass baubles which add an interesting accent to any project!

The pearls and round circle accents are perfect for accenting any card!

Lawn Fawn Release Week: Hoppy Halloween

“I vant to suck your beta carotene!”

Yeah, I know, LAME! 🙂 I am all about the lameness!

Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the latest and greatest mini stamp set, Hoppy Halloween! I used each stamp on my card! DO check out the Lawn Fawn Blog for more inspiration using this set!

For my card, I colored the various stamped images (Memento Tuxedo Black) with Copic Markers & Copic Spica Markers, then I cut them out and pop-dotted them with foam dimensionals and strung several of them up using Lawn Fawn’s orange trimmings. I used a circle die and my Sizzix Vagabond to die-cut the fun Halloween Patterned Paper from American Crafts! Last, I added staple accents with my Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher!

Hello! It’s another fun week planned over at Lawn Fawn! And, today the Design Team is showcasing A Little Birdie Told Me!

I love this stamp set because it can be used for ANYTHING! You can even use your own handwriting, letter stickers, typewriting, anything in the little word and thought bubbles 🙂 The little birds and icons are just icing on the cake!

For my card, I created a word bubble background using the paper from the Dewey Decimal Petite Paper Pack (6×6) and some Pool Fresh Ink (pigment ink). Then I created a fun border with the some stickers and paper strips from the coordinating Dewey Decimal cardstock stickers! The little icons and bird were colored with Faber-Castell’s Design Memory Craft Colored Pencils (love them)!

Lawn Fawn Meets SRM Stickers!

Good Morning!

Here’s a fun project I created with some of my Instagram photos! I used the days of the week stickers from SRM Stickers to label each picture according to the day it was taken and I also created a border at the bottom. All the paper is Lawn Fawn’s Bright Side! That awesome white pen I used is Design Memory Craft’s NEW White Stamper’s Big Brush Marker!

I hope you’ll check out the other projects on the Lawn Fawn Blog!
